Returns & Refunds
We want you to absolutely love your order, so if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know right away so we can make it right! To ensure you are happy with the product delivered please double check the frame style & color selected by referencing the frame style guide in our website menu as well as the amount of space you will need to install your gallery wall. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about the gallery wall or frame style you’ve selected- we are more than happy to help assist you to ensure you love your new gallery wall when it arrives. On the rare occasion that something is lost, damaged, missing or incorrect, issues must be declared within 15 days of order delivery to receive a full refund or exchange. If your order is damaged, we need you to keep your protective packaging and notify us during this window so that we can file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Please alert us of any issues right away via email at customersupport@gallerywallsmadeeasy.com. If applicable, please include photos to help us better serve you. We will do everything we can to address issues promptly. For all non-damaged returns or exchanges, you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase and return all items to our facility, in the same condition in which they were received, within 45 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for non-damaged items, which will be deducted from returned order refunds. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label, this will not prompt a return or refund. Refunds, minus any return shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if the cancellation request is received prior to your order being processed and submitted for production. Cancellation requests may take up to 48 hours to process. Once an order has been processed we begin building your custom order and can no longer offer cancellation, so please notify us right away if you need to cancel or change your order by emailing customersupport@gallerywallsmadeeasy.com and be sure to include "Order Cancellation Request" in the subject line along with your order number. When possible, we will cancel your order and process a refund.
